Furniture deserves careful handling. Here's how your order travels from our makers to your home.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the contiguous United States, with FedEx and UPS.
Delivery timing
Orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS and delivered in 5–7 days.
Your order confirmation and shipping updates are sent by email.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also follow its status from your account.
Receiving your furniture
Before delivery day, measure doorways, stairways and hallways to make sure your piece fits through comfortably.
When your delivery arrives, check the packaging and the piece. If anything is damaged, note it with the carrier and email us photos at hellosundaylife@getsupportcare.com so we can make it right.
Assembly
Each product description states whether a piece arrives fully assembled, partially assembled or flat-packed. All hardware and instructions are included.
