We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, returns are free within 30 days of delivery.
Free returns within 30 days
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Just let us know and we'll take care of the rest.
Starting a return
Email us at hellosundaylife@getsupportcare.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the next steps and everything you need to send it back.
Condition of items
Returned pieces should be unused, in their original condition and, wherever possible, in their original packaging so they travel back safely.
Made-to-order pieces
Some pieces are made to order in the fabric or finish you select. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about these items.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us photos and your order number as soon as possible after delivery and we'll arrange a solution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
